Terms and Conditions for InteriFlow

**1. Acceptance of Terms:**
By creating an account, accessing, or using the InteriFlow service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and InteriFlow ("Provider", "we", "us").

**2. Description of Service:**
InteriFlow provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to assist architects, interior designers, and builders in managing projects, including but not limited to budgeting, expense tracking, client communication, task management, and document handling. Features and functionality are subject to change at the Provider's discretion.

**3. User Accounts & Responsibilities:**
* You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
* You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
* You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all data, information, and content you upload or input into the Service ("User Content").
* You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable Indian laws and regulations. You shall not use the Service to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful material, or to store or transmit material in violation of third-party privacy rights.

**4. Subscription and Payment:**
* Access to the Service requires a paid subscription based on the selected plan. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) as chosen during signup or plan change.
* Payment is handled through our third-party payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay). By providing payment information, you authorize us (through the gateway) to charge the applicable subscription fees.
* Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account access. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
* We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice (e.g., 30 days).

**5. Intellectual Property:**
* The Service, including its software, design, logos, text, graphics, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of the Provider and its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws.
* You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, and display your User Content as necessary for us to provide the Service in accordance with these Terms.

**6. Service Availability & Support:**
* We strive to keep the Service operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
* Basic support is provided as outlined in the chosen subscription plan.

**7. Termination:**
* You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through account settings (if available). No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.
* We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your User Content. Certain clauses (e.g., Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimers) will survive termination.

**8. Modifications to Terms:**
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes (e.g., via email or in-app notification). Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

**9. Governing Law:**
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

## Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE PROVIDER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE PROVIDER MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT:
(A) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS;
(B) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE;
(C) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE;
(D) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; AND
(E) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OR USE OF ANY MATERIAL THROUGH THE SERVICE.

## Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PROVIDER, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF THE PROVIDER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE PROVIDER'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE) SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF YOUR CLAIM OR ONE THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES (₹1000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
